No, unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, you cannot return underwear, including boxer shorts. We ask for your understanding regarding this policy, as we always want to ensure the health and safety of our customers. Please make sure you select the correct size and color before completing your order.

EU countries (except Germany, Switzerland & England):

Generally:

Returns & Exchanges

• Germany: Free returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are not covered for a second exchange or return.
• EU: Returns are possible at the customer's own expense.
• Switzerland, United States and England: No exchanges possible. Customers must arrange returns themselves and bear the costs. We therefore recommend choosing the size carefully.

Return policy:

• Returns must be in a resalable condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged). Otherwise, they cannot be accepted.
• A refund will be issued after your return has been processed. Please note that only the purchase price of the goods will be refunded, not the original shipping costs. These were already used for processing and shipping your order and are non-refundable regardless of whether you return the item.
